Information

The sector includes Citizens Assistance, City Clerk, Community Service Centers, Governmental Relations, City Information Resource, and Office of the CIO.


SDDPC has partnered with these departments to provide many systems which automate their business functions.

A document management system has been implemented by SDDPC and the City Clerk which enables them to scan, store, and search many thousands of documents coming into their department.

Citizens Assistance uses an SDDPC developed mainframe system to track city employees.
