ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
  • Plans and directs medium to large projects
  • Directs project team members by assigning project tasks, preparing work schedules and reviewing work
  • Identifies and analyzes risks, coordinating solutions with management, technical staff and clients
  • Ensures quality of project and product as per established standards
  • Works with all levels of management and staff, both internal and external
  • Accepts accountability for success of project
  • Provides 24/hr/7 day support as directed
  • Ability to go from one client site to another
 SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:  
  • Minimum of eight years information technology experience, three plus years project management experience
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Office suite including MS Project
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to interface with people at all levels and basic negotiating skills
  • Effective at group presentations, meeting facilitation and supervising team members
  • Experience working in a billable environment
  • Background with governmental agencies a plus
